This pivotal role involves leading a small team of Customer Delivery Drivers to ensure seamless catering services delivery to airline customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and guiding team members in the Customer Delivery Department to optimize performance.
  • Maintaining productivity and performance standards within designated areas of responsibility.
  • Organizing and coordinating work schedules to meet operational needs.
  • Supervising catering trucks within designated work areas for safe and timely loading onto aircraft.
  • Leading by example and performing all duties of a Driver, including training and induction of new staff.

To excel in this position, you will require:

  • A valid MR or HR drivers license.
  • Ability to perform frequent manual handling tasks.
  • Flexibility in working around flight schedules.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Neat and tidy presentation.
  • A clear National Police Check.
  • Leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills necessary to efficiently meet performance requirements.
