Job Title: Goods Movement Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Goods Movement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operation, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing deliveries to trade customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliveries Management: Coordinate and manage deliveries to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to trade customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide high-level customer service and build strong relationships with trade customers.
  • Safety First: Ensure a safe work environment and display safe work and driving behaviors.
  • Product Knowledge: Actively promote products and marketing activities when delivering products.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Processing Orders: Assist the team with processing orders, dispatching products, and processing credits.
  • Customer Enquiries: Respond to customer enquiries and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical Ability: Physical capacity to perform duties of the role, including lifting, bending, climbing, and safe driving/machine operation.

  • Customer Focus: Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable approach to customer interactions.
