Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Retail Store Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences, maintaining store appearance, and supporting the sales team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a passion for providing top-notch customer service. You will be responsible for loading weekly trucks and containers, assisting customers with order collections, and supporting the retail sales team with stock movement.

You will also be required to accurately receipt goods into our operating system, assemble furniture with precision, and maintain good housekeeping techniques. A strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading of weekly trucks and containers with precision and care
  • Assisting customers with order collections - making it a seamless experience
  • Supporting the retail sales team with stock/product movement for the shop floor
  • Accurately receipting of goods into our operating system
  • Assembly of furniture with pride and attention to detail
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role supporting warehousing and distribution
  • A passion to help people and a desire to get results
  • The physical capability to handle our products
  • Reliable, committed, proactive and driven with a can-do attitude
