As a key member of our restaurant team, the Restaurant Operations Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining floor. This leadership position involves delegating tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accountability for daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate tasks among staff members to maintain efficiency and productivity
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive dining experience
  • Maintain accurate records and report any issues or concerns

Candidates must possess RCG certification or be willing to obtain it prior to commencement. While prior experience is beneficial, it is not essential for this role. We seek individuals with strong presentation skills who can effectively train and support our kitchen team.
