Restaurant Operations Manager

A dynamic and experienced professional is sought to lead our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and maintain a positive team culture.
- Manage rosters, staffing levels, and payroll within budget constraints.
- Maintain inventory, order supplies, and control costs effectively.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Diploma in Hospitality or three years work experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Understanding of cost control and rostering.
- Confident using POS systems and basic computer tools.
- Ability to lead from the front and work flexible hours.
