Strategic Transformation Lead

We are seeking an experienced ICT professional to lead high-impact consulting engagements and drive strategic advice, transformation initiatives, and governance frameworks in the public sector.
This role is perfect for a confident self-starter with deep public sector experience and a passion for solving complex challenges. You will be working with government and commercial clients to deliver real-world outcomes.
You will have strong knowledge of frameworks such as COBIT, ISO/ISM, Essential Eight, and IS18. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. You should also be skilled in facilitation, able to lead workshops and executive discussions.
A degree-qualified candidate (or equivalent experience) in ICT, Business, or a related field is required. Certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, PRINCE2, PMBoK, or COBIT are desirable. Additionally, you must be an Australian Citizen, and it would be beneficial to have the ability to obtain AGSVA Baseline or NV1 Clearance.
