Job Overview:

As a leader of timetabling services, you will be responsible for planning and managing the scheduling process for various courses. This includes leading a small team of timetablers to ensure they support admissions and enrolment processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of timetablers to manage the production of timetables, working with colleagues to maintain and update timetable software.">
  • Set up and oversee effective timetabling processes and procedures to meet organisational objectives.">
  • Develop reports to inform management decision-making, leveraging data insights to drive business improvements.">

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role with direct experience in scheduling/timetabling in a complex environment.">
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and equivalent training or experience, with expertise in project work and/or leading new technology initiatives.">
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to form, build and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams.">
