About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Monitoring Officer to join our team for a 6-month duration in Jandakot, WA. This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service experience, who can work autonomously, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Action all alarms and calls in accordance with Response Centre procedures.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external customers, including Emergency Services.
- Collaborate with various business areas, including the Customer Service team.
- Evaluate and handle enquiries and complaints, performing customer verifications as necessary.
- Ensure all alarm events are addressed promptly.
- Maintain a professional reputation by providing exceptional service to clients and their contacts.
Requirements
- Strong customer service experience in monitoring, emergency, or helpline call centres.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to handle diverse enquiries.
- Able to learn new digital technologies quickly.
- National Police clearance or ability to obtain and maintain.
- Schedule and dispatch Chubb Fire Technicians to customer call-outs.
- Working a rotating 24/7 roster onsite, with no remote work opportunities.
Estimated Salary Range:
$65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
