The Glennie School is a leading institution seeking passionate and enthusiastic instructors to teach swimming lessons in our indoor heated pools.

Job Summary:
  • Teach and foster a positive learning environment for students
  • Deliver group, casual, and private lessons to infants up to adults of all ages and abilities
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals

Applicants must support the Anglican Ethos and comply with all state and legislative requirements.

They must have exceptional organisational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritise work and multi-task.

About the Role:
  • Experience teaching the fundamentals of swimming and instilling strong cultural values
  • Able to engage and work with a range of stakeholders, particularly young people and their parents
  • Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card, in accordance with 'No Card, No Start law'
