Design Documentor Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Design Documentor in a National Design and Estimating team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality design documentation and coordinating projects to ensure delivery in line with project briefs.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Design Documentor to join our team. As a Design Documentor, you will be working on projects across many states, producing comprehensive design packages for speculative and live project works, in accordance with project brief.

You will also be responsible for coordinating with third-party consultants and relevant authorities to obtain documentation in line with the project brief, including but not limited to building certification, client approval, and town planning.

In addition, you will ensure effective communication and project standards coordination with clients, internal and external stakeholders.

Other responsibilities include undertaking project administration processes for transmittals, submittals, design and construction models, shop drawings and schedules.
