Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and monitor residents' health status to inform individualized care plans
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
  • Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
  • Provide empathetic support to residents and their families, promoting a sense of belonging and well-being
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in aged care as a registered nurse
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Capacity to work effectively in a team environment, promoting a culture of collaboration and respect
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care to older adults
