About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team in the Hornsby area. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly customers in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure our customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping to promote healthy eating and independence.
  • Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay connected and engaged with their community.

What We Look for in a Care Worker
  • You are passionate about assisting our aged community and helping them live independently at home for longer.
  • You have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, as travel is part of the role.
  • You are able to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, prioritizing the needs of our customers.
  • You are available to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work required.
