Job DescriptionA new opportunity has arisen in our Public Liability practice due to continued growth in our Newcastle Office.
This role is ideal for a proactive, passionate, and results-driven Graduate or First Year Lawyer looking to manage their own files and work with one of our most experienced and respected practice groups nationally.
As a public liability lawyer, you will assist clients who have been injured due to another party's breach of duty of care. This may include:
- Slips and trips on public or private property
- Unsafe premises
- Dog or animal attacks
- Physical assaults
- Defective products or services
- Sporting accidents
Your responsibilities will include:
- Instrumental in managing a Public Liability practice
- Exploring new opportunities and developing new business
- Maintaining strong client relationships
- Negotiation and communication skills
- Network and relationship management
- Judgement and problem-solving skills
You will be a committed and enthusiastic individual with:
- Previous experience or passion for Public Liability law
- Superior communication skills
- A calm and easy-going nature
