Job Description

As a Full Time Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 5-12 years old. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing engaging programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community and cooperation
  • Maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment that promotes learning and growth
  • Collaborating with the leadership team to achieve program goals and objectives
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification
  • A passion for working with school-aged children in a play-based environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and families
  • A current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
