The Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic self-starter to join our Compliance and Carrier Performance team. As a Compliance Lead - Road Freight, you'll be responsible for managing the carrier performance process and monitoring compliance across our carrier network. You'll work closely with our Operations team to ensure high levels of performance and compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the carrier performance process and monitor compliance across our carrier network
  • Work closely with our Operations team to ensure high levels of performance and compliance
  • Conduct claims and CoR investigations with the support of our external CoR partner/consultant
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve carrier performance and compliance
  • Collaborate with our Compliance and Risk team to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
  • Practical experience in CoR and compliance, incident investigations, risk assessments, and internal/external audits
  • Experience working for a carrier, 3PL, and/or managing carrier sub-contractors
  • Extensive road transport experience is required
  • A strong track record of influencing a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple and conflicting stakeholder priorities
  • In-depth understanding of contract terms and compliance
  • Previous claims management experience is desirable
