Quality and Compliance Lead

E4 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Quality and Compliance Lead to drive continuous improvement and maintain the highest industry standards in our healthcare staffing solutions. As a key member of our team, you will design and implement quality frameworks and risk management strategies across the business, collaborating with managers to ensure service delivery meets Aged Care, hospital, and Nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality frameworks and risk management strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure service delivery meets Aged Care, hospital, and Nursing standards.
  • Lead the Quality and Compliance Team to proactively address risks and maintain high performance.
  • Manage audits and work with external stakeholders to uphold governance requirements.
  • Provide strategic advice to management on operational risks and incident management.
  • Monitor key quality metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams and healthcare workers.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external bodies.
  • Drive a continuous improvement culture and support innovation within the business.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in Quality, Risk, or Governance Management, ideally within healthcare or recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Practice Standards, and WHS legislation.
  • Understanding of nursing qualifications and registration requirements across Australia.
  • Experience leading teams and managing audits or regulatory processes.
  • Ability to communicate complex requirements effectively to different stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop others.
