We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our insurance team in Southport. This is a fast-paced opportunity for career growth and professional development.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Process day-to-day insurance renewals for body corporate clients, developing a strong understanding of the renewal workflow and managing own portfolio.
- Control the renewal process from start to finish, ensuring seamless operation for all stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Strata Managers, Committee Members, and Insurance Brokers.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
The ideal candidate will have 2 years' experience in a similar role, with administration and processing skills. Familiarity with the insurance industry and MS Office is desired, but not required. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills are essential.
