Job Opportunity:

We're seeking a dedicated professional to support project governance and assurance activities, contributing to routine program reporting.

KBR delivers science, technology, and engineering solutions worldwide.

The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders across capability management, sponsorship, and delivery, performing routine tasks and delivering accurate, timely information.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Implementing Defence governance requirements for the Guided Weapons Production Capability Branch.
  2. Coordinating stakeholders to assess baseline governance and controls.
  3. Analysing risks and opportunities to identify governance framework options.
  4. Developing an implementation plan, defining exit criteria and test period activities.
  5. Escalating risks and mitigation strategies to the appropriate authority.
  6. Advising on policy development, plans, and risk mitigation strategies.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications or industry experience.
  • In-depth understanding of governance frameworks, methodologies, tools, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving capacity.
