**Job Description:**

Are you looking to enhance your commercial, contracting and procurement expertise? This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and challenging acquisition and sustainment projects in Australia and potentially worldwide.

  • This is a unique chance to develop and foster productive relationships with stakeholders and clients, communicate effectively and drive for commercial outcomes that align with Commonwealth Government legislation and policy requirements.
  • You will be responsible for providing commercial, contracting and procurement advice and support into commercial strategies, developing Approach to Market documentation, conducting procurement including evaluation, negotiation and probity support as well as commercial support in relation to contract management issues and risks.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Commercial, contracting and procurement skills and knowledge.
  • Ability to provide commercial, contracting and procurement advice and support into commercial strategies.
  • Experience in Approach to Market documentation, procurement, evaluation, negotiation and probity support.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage specialist advice including legal, financial and Australian Industry Capability.
