About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Development Specialist to join our Marketing team within our Family Care & Professional Division. This is a newly created position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage packaging development for innovation & renovation projects, supporting our sustainability strategy and developing, maintaining & reviewing technical specifications.
- Project manage the packaging component of marketing innovation & renovation projects, supporting our Millicent Mill facility and 3rd party projects.
- Implement packaging with an expectation of delivering functional & safe packaging with improved sustainable credentials while remaining commercially viable & meeting agreed timelines.
- Develop, maintain & review technical specifications (including sustainability data).
- Work in a centre of expertise for packaging materials, artwork, pallet design, emerging technologies, and cost-saving ideation.
