About the Role

You will work closely with your team to achieve daily deliverables and big picture targets while creating an exciting atmosphere and ensuring an outstanding looking venue with a happy team and a customer base who have a fantastic experience and cannot wait to return to dine with us again.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or junior manager role (industry training provided)
  • An understanding of profit measures, the ability to manage costs and productivity, and the drive to exceed sales goals
  • A willingness to go above and beyond with an eagerness to grow personally and professionally
  • Lead from the front with the team, on the floor, not in an office
  • Have a big picture approach while ensuring the daily deliverables are being met
  • Availability for Wednesday- Sunday Shifts (hours are rotated depending on availability)
  • A passion for recruiting, training and developing talented individuals who will be the future leaders within the business
