Mental Health Program Lead

This role plays a pivotal part in driving the successful commissioning of activities within the Mental Health and AOD team.
- The selected individual will lead a small team to ensure effective delivery of commissioned services, projects, and continuous improvement activities.
- Closely work with key stakeholders to deliver evidence-informed practices across the broader health sector.
- Collaborate with the Manager, Mental Health and AOD, to inform regional health priorities and support other key health areas.
- Provide guidance on contract management, program compliance, task prioritization, and reporting.
- Analyse data to draw meaningful insights and inform contract management, AOD program priorities, and best practice.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management and report writing skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously.
