
Speech Pathologist Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:- Guide your team: Provide expert mentoring and guidance to colleagues, ensuring they feel confident and capable in their roles.
- Drive innovation: Champion evidence-based practices and new initiatives developed by the leadership team.
- Foster growth: Facilitate learning and development activities that upskill the team and build capability.
- Achieve impactful results: Collaborate with the team to meet clinical targets and implement solutions for participant success.
- Holds a degree in Speech Pathology and current membership with a relevant professional association.
- Has a minimum of 3 years' experience practicing as a Speech Pathologist.
- Brings strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
- Has experience in community-based and/or disability settings; NDIS experience is advantageous.
- Is committed to mentoring, coaching, and developing others.
