Speech Pathologist Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based assessments and therapy services to children and their families.

The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and SPA Registration is mandatory. You will possess exceptional communication skills, enabling you to work in a culturally rich and diverse environment and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team setting.

  • You will be passionate about working with individuals who have disabilities to help each client achieve their own goals, potential, and participate in their community in a meaningful way.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide direct, family-based, and community-based support to individuals with developmental delays and/or disabilities.
  2. Conduct assessment and intervention sessions with a mixed caseload in terms of both age and modality of intervention.
  3. Work closely with key stakeholders providing information, education, and support.
  4. Evaluate, train, and review ongoing services to ensure quality delivery to clients.
