Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance of a portfolio of risks, ensuring accurate and timely management of client relationships.
- Processing quotations, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for cross-sell and/or up-sell of product to clients, driving business growth and revenue.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve business objectives and provide a high level of service to clients.
- 5+ years of insurance-related experience, with a strong understanding of classes such as Business Packs, Liability, and Commercial Motor.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Tier 1 broking essential, with experience in IT and office procedures.
- Competent in Winbeat and Sunrise software.
