Job Title: Vetting Leader

As a Vetting Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in managing complex security clearance processes across various levels.

  1. You'll oversee meticulous vetting procedures adhering to the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and industry best practices.
  2. Your attention to detail will be critical in conducting thorough Quality Assurance checks on Personal Security Files ensuring alignment with standard procedures and the PSPF.
  3. You'll collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders to deliver efficient caseload management and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead high-performing teams handling personal security clearances.
  • Mentor and develop enthusiastic security analysts.
  • Ensure scrutiny of extensive data identifying potential security risks.
  • Commit to upholding high-quality standards in vetting processes and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in Government or similar high-security environments.
  • Negative Vetting Level 1, with opportunities to upgrade as required.
  • Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting).
  • Strong leadership and quality assurance skills.
