- Craft compelling project proposals to provide innovative solutions to clients, working closely with teams to define project scopes and create detailed estimates.
- Analyze market trends, negotiate budgets and timelines, and deliver high-quality results to meet client expectations.
- Dive deep into clients' industries and business needs to inform and educate stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities.
- Grow existing and new client relationships by collaborating with senior leaders to upsell our services through targeted outreach.
- Bring fresh ideas to enhance business development strategies.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure they're satisfied with delivery, quality, and service.
- Essential Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
- Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Great interpersonal skills and a proactive, can-do attitude;
- Solid time management abilities;
- Full-time working rights in Australia or Working Holiday Visa
