Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization and delivering exceptional client experiences.

We are seeking an experienced professional to service and grow a client portfolio by assisting senior brokers in all aspects of account servicing, including seeking new business and renewal quotations, preparation of client documentation, closings and invoices, day-to-day client support, claims management, and all associated activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service within tight turnaround times to clients, brokers, underwriters, and other key stakeholders.
  • Support senior brokers in all aspects of account servicing, including seeking new business and renewal quotations.
  • Assist in the overall account management and debtor management.
  • Seek opportunities to improve internal business processes and cost efficiencies, working with the Gallagher Service Centre to ensure processes and information is accurately prepared.
  • Gather relevant client information and identify key issues to provide assistance to senior brokers.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy of documentation issued to external and internal clients.
  • Stay informed of industry trends by attending internal and external training sessions, industry seminars, etc.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Tier 1 or 2 qualification or willingness to complete.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent administration skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong commitment to client service excellence.
