Property Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leasing rental properties, assisting with repairs and maintenance, and conducting regular inspections.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and within a team. Previous real estate experience is an advantage, but not essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leasing of rental properties
  • Assistance with repairs and maintenance
  • Inspection reports
  • Regular inspections and open homes
  • Administration duties
  • Assisting property managers and the team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • General computer skills
  • Full NSW Drivers License
  • Assistant to Real Estate Certificate

Benefits:

  • Up to $60,000 per year salary
  • 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday schedule
  • Weekend availability

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Driver's License (required)
  • Assistant to Real Estate Certificate (required)

Language: English preferred. Vietnamese or Chinese language skills are an advantage.
