Concession Manager Role

We are seeking an exceptional Concession Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for driving the success of our concession stores by delivering financial targets and company key performance indicators.

This role requires a customer-centric approach, focusing on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience that drives sales, profit, and productivity.

  • Drive a culture that emphasizes excellent customer service and meaningful in-store experiences.
  • Ensure the achievement of all key performance indicators set by the business.
  • Empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.
  • Work collaboratively with other Concession, Floor Managers, and Cluster Managers.

Key Qualifications:

  • A passion for the retail industry and exceptional service skills.
  • Proven experience in managing fast-paced retail, hospitality, or similar businesses.
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
  • Experience managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of large teams.
  • Operational excellence, experience with stock control, and visual merchandising.
