We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Professional to join our progressive and innovative team in Adelaide, SA.

This role is primarily responsible for:

  1. Maximising sales by providing the customer with a complete solution.
  2. Providing individualised customer service tailored to each customer's needs.
  3. Providing excellent service to achieve customer loyalty and company growth.
  4. Managing store resources to meet customer needs.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A high empathetic and caring nature for the diverse needs of our clients.
  • Footwear experience (essential).
  • Previous retail experience (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • An ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar retail role.
  • The ability to travel between stores when required.
  • A valid driver's licence (essential).
