Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager / Sales Administrator / Operations person to join our market-leading team at Gough Recruitment AU.
This is a people-person role that requires strong administration, management, and operations skills. As the driving force behind our top business, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and team management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and team management
- AWARD-WINNING office with multiple offices (you only have to work in the one office)
- Staff onboarding and offboarding
- Compliance management
- Database and software management
- Coordinating all team meetings and staff events
- No accounting, no contracts – we have this covered already
- Preparing and processing Contracts and Form 6's
- Preparing listing kits/presentations
- Uploading properties to the internet/some ad writing
- Scheduling OFI times
- Booking print media advertising
- Compiling marketing material and brochures
- Social media management
- Working 1-1 with the Principal and other leaders
- Monday-Friday only
- 2+ years of previous experience in a similar role
- QLD Certificate of Registration
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Solid written & verbal communication skills
- Outstanding telephone manner & time management
- Corporate presentation
