Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our team as an Assistant General Counsel. As a key advisor to the General Counsel, you will play a crucial role in handling contract negotiations, drafting, and review to minimize risk while supporting business goals.

Your expertise will be invaluable in providing expert counsel on regulatory and compliance matters, including privacy laws, employment contracts, advertising standards, and relevant federal guidelines. You will partner with internal teams across departments to ensure operational initiatives meet legal and regulatory requirements.

Additionally, you will provide day-to-day legal support on routine contract matters, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and service contracts. If you have a strong background in contract law and experience in data protection, intellectual property, talent acquisition, marketing law, or supply chain agreements, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of legal experience with heavy transactional responsibilities
  • Demonstrated background in contract law with a strong preference for experience in data protection, intellectual property, talent acquisition, marketing law, or supply chain agreements
  • Skilled in approaching negotiations with flexibility and innovation to develop solutions that benefit all stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster productive relationships and clearly present legal guidance to a range of audiences
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in any U.S. state
