We are seeking a talented and resourceful Soft Goods Developer to join our dynamic product design and hardware engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop softgood concepts applying knowledge of fibers yarns fabrics foams and textile manufacturing integration methods welding bonding taping overmoulding thermoforming wrapping etc.
  • Investigate prototype and evaluate new materials and softgood concepts to enhance comfort durability and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal manufacturing experts to optimize designs for functionality aesthetics and scalable production.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering Textile Chemistry Materials Science Fashion Apparel Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years in product development within fashion activewear medical or technical textiles sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing and softgood integration methods knitting braiding coating finishing welding bonding taping laminating thermoforming overmoulding.
