Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join our clinical team. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing accurate documentation, and maintaining a caring and empathetic attitude towards residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
  • Monitor and report on resident health status, including vital signs and general well-being.
  • Support registered nurses in providing high-quality care.
  • Maintain resident records and documentation in accordance with healthcare standards.
  • Assist in resident mobility and positioning.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families.
  • Follow infection control and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.
About You
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to work as part of a team is crucial.
  • Ability to work night shifts is also necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow care plans and instructions are essential.
  • A genuine passion for helping others and a caring attitude is a must.
