This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can manage product portfolios, working collaboratively with stakeholders both internally and externally to drive company success.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage product lines, developing synergistic devices and partnerships to expand adoption and market share.
- Drive 3 – 5-year strategic plans for products, creating opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Lead market assessment, product development, commercialization strategy, and required activities throughout the product life cycle.
- Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the marketplace, including attending trade shows and conferences, handling inquiries, and providing valuable feedback on products and markets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams, research teams, application support, service, and regional marketing personnel to stay solution-focused and suggest product improvements and innovation.
- Work with regional sales leadership, product application teams, and field service engineers to manage field initiatives and provide technical assistance to product application teams and field service teams.
- Recommended 5 years of experience in product management/product marketing.
- Minimum 3 years of medical device experience, IVF laboratory device preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in close team environments, with exceptional communication, interpersonal, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
This role demands a high level of focus, results orientation, and motivation to identify goals and priorities, resolve issues promptly, and promote a sense of urgency.
