Your Role with Us:

You will analyze player data to identify risky behavior, monitor key activities, review cases, and escalate concerns to ensure customer guidance and compliance with industry regulations. Staying informed about trends, especially among Portuguese-speaking players, will be essential.

Please Note : This is a full-time, on-site role at our Melbourne CBD office, emphasizing in-person collaboration.

What you will do :

  • Conduct risk reviews to identify problem gambling signs
  • Make high-risk calls to customers experiencing gambling harms
  • Handle escalations related to responsible gambling
  • Collaborate with AML & Account Management teams for due diligence
  • Work in a 24/7 environment requiring shift work
  • Perform ad hoc responsible gambling translations

What you will bring :

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (verbal and written)
  • At least 6 months experience in compliance, risk analysis, or responsible gaming
  • Strong data interpretation skills

Bonus points if you also have :

  • Knowledge of sports and gambling
  • Cryptocurrency familiarity
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Jira
