Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated professional to provide emotional and spiritual support to our staff and their families, as well as the communities we serve.

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the wellbeing and spiritual development of our team, as we work towards our mission of transforming lives through aviation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional and spiritual support to staff and their families through listening, prayer, and pastoral guidance.
  • Develop strategies for promoting spiritual growth and emotional wellness among staff.
  • Facilitate team-building activities and events that foster a sense of community and camaraderie.
  • Collaborate with leadership and other departments to develop programs and initiatives promoting spiritual health.
  • Serve as a representative of our organisation's values and mission within the organisation and in the communities we operate in.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to build strong relationships, and have a strong understanding of spiritual development and emotional wellness.
