The ideal candidate will be a passionate and experienced financial advisor with a strong passion for mentoring and developing high-performing teams. You will be responsible for leading and managing client relationships, conducting progressive client reviews, and developing tailored financial strategies.


You will work closely with our Investment Committee and Chief Economist to enhance investment strategies and deliver exceptional client outcomes. With access to industry-leading tools and resources, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills as a senior leader.


In return for your expertise, we offer a fee-only, client-first model with low advisor-to-client ratios, giving you the space to deliver truly impactful advice.


Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage client relationships
  • Conduct progressive client reviews and develop tailored financial strategies
  • Produce complex strategy advice documents with support from a +20-person team
  • Oversee investment analysis, portfolio construction, and management
  • Advise on wealth accumulation, estate planning, tax minimisation, and asset protection
  • Collaborate across divisions to project manage clients' financial lives
  • Contribute to business development and networking initiatives
