Job Title: Senior Wealth Strategist

As a Senior Wealth Strategist, you will be responsible for providing expert financial planning advice to high net worth clients.

You will take ownership of a book of 80-100 HNW clients and onboard new clients to build long-term relationships. You will also lead your team to drive high-quality outcomes for clients while supporting their growth and development.

  • Financial Planning: Provide strategic goals-based financial planning to clients, including tax reduction strategies, investing, employer share plans, superannuation, insurance, and estate planning.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with HNW clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of experienced professionals to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for HNW clients.
  • Provide expert advice on investment management, tax planning, and other financial matters.
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • AR Qualified and experience in wealth and financial planning.
  • Strong technical skills to deal with complex financial situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
