Job Title:

Product Strategist

At a leading financial services organization, we empower innovation for global wealth management and advice businesses. Our commitment to excellence, successful delivery, and product expertise has earned us trust and partnership with prominent financial institutions.

  • Translate financial advice work processes and user requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and technical specifications.
  • Document user stories, requirements analysis, and specifications to support design and development of features and technical solutions.
  • Align documentation with system specifications to optimize design and development outcomes.
  • Identify and curate client requirements impacting system configurability and product sustainability.
  • Define acceptance criteria to enable effective testing.
  • Execute user acceptance testing to ensure business needs and feature requirements are met.
  • Provide supporting documentation for product features to support releases.
  • Manage competing resources and priorities.

You will work closely with the Technology team and contribute significantly to the product strategy and roadmap.

Requirements:

  • Domain knowledge and experience in the wealth management sector.
  • Understanding of Salesforce.
  • A background in paraplanning or advice, looking for a new challenge.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technology environments or projects.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them.
  • Excellent planning, documentation, and time management skills.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Sydney.
