Rotational Hospital Pharmacy Professional

This unique role offers the chance to gain experience in diverse environments and specialties as a Reliever Pharmacist, traveling to various locations within our network. The position provides flexibility, variety, and adventure.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough medication chart reviews and reconcile medications
- Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products efficiently
- Coordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stays, day infusions, and discharge effectively
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service
- Provide support to patients, carers, hospital staff, and associated employees
- Educate and advise staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection, and the proper use of medicines
You are a versatile Pharmacist who thrives in new environments and enjoys travel. Your strong communication skills and ability to adapt make you a great fit for this exciting and varied role.
Essential Requirements- General registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions on practice
- A current drivers' license and a roadworthy vehicle fit for purpose
- The ability to commit to a frequent travel role
- Permanent Australian working rights
- Personal Indemnity insurance
- Experience in hospital pharmacy settings
- Locum or Relief Pharmacist experience
