Job Overview

Lead a multi-year program to develop an enterprise-wide AI framework and drive adoption across the University.

This role involves delivering impact that matters, guiding the implementation of high-value AI use cases on existing platforms and influencing how AI transforms education, research, and operations.

You will engage with senior leaders and partners, building strong relationships, communicating project vision, and influencing key decision-makers.

  • Strong background in project management, with demonstrated experience managing multi-streamed projects in an agile environment.
  • Familiarity with AI implementations across the Enterprise would be advantageous, enabling effective communication with technical teams.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills are crucial, as you will motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards project goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, as you will liaise with various stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and openness to change are essential, as the AI landscape constantly evolves.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with attention to detail in written artefacts.
  • Strong risk management for assessing potential impacts to project performance and the University.
