About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Engineering Specialist to join our team at CPB Contractors. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing virtual 4D design and construction solutions for our capital works projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain virtual 4D models using Navisworks, Revit, and other BIM tools
  • Coordinate weekly and monthly updates with engineering teams and stakeholders
  • Assist engineers with virtual design reviews and model validation checks
  • Manage models through ToBe Builder, BIM360, ProjectWise, and other digital engineering platforms
  • Implement project-specific standards and protocols for digital engineering
  • Support the deployment of field data management systems and review data exchange protocols
  • Identify and document BIM-specific lessons learned throughout the project
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related field
  • Proficiency in BIM technology and software, including Navisworks, Revit, and Civil 3D
  • Experience with parametric 3D design tools and model federation
  • Knowledge of clash detection and issue resolution using models
  • Capability in design delivery on large-scale projects
  • Proficient use of digital engineering technologies and tools
  • Ability to develop Power BI dashboards for project insights
  • Understanding and implementation of ISO 19650 principles
  • Strong understanding of common data environments, including ACC and ProjectWise
