About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Planning Analyst to join our team in Sydney. As a Sales Planning Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining accurate sales forecasts, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, using data analysis and forecasting methodologies to inform business decisions
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and provide insights to inform business strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive business growth and improve sales performance
  • Provide detailed and clear insights to assist queries from various stakeholders within the business

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with and manage a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Proven experience working with various software systems, including SAP and JDA products, along with technical systems skills
  • Demonstrated success or a keen interest and ability in data analysis that drives insights and recommendations
  • Ability to work in an incredibly fast-paced and autonomous environment, comfortably managing competing priorities
  • A strong understanding of customer behavior and retail, supply chain, or FMCG, or have a keen interest or aptitude to learn
