People and Culture Business Partner Role

At Boral North America, we're seeking an experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a critical role in driving business success through effective people management.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to frontline leaders in operational businesses.
  • Implement P&C plans and processes throughout the annual P&C lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Drive change initiatives and contribute to high-impact projects that enhance our organization's performance.
  • Lead Enterprise Agreement negotiations and manage grievance and disciplinary investigations, providing expert EA and Award interpretation advice to leaders and employees.
  • Engage in leadership, diversity, talent, and capability projects, promoting a culture of excellence and inclusion.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong background in People & Culture, with experience in advisory and operational implementation-focused roles.
  • Proven track record in large organizations, particularly in industrial sectors, and experience working with EA-covered workforces.
  • Contemporary knowledge and experience in enterprise bargaining and managing union stakeholder interactions.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and implementing People & Culture projects, driving business outcomes and growth.
  • An independent, accountable work ethic combined with a growth mindset and collaborative approach.
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Humanities, Business/Commerce, Law, or Psychology.
