Energy Reform Program Support Specialist Role SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Energy Reform Program Support Specialist to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels in the energy sector. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing structured change management strategies that enable seamless adoption of new regulatory requirements across the business.About the Job
  • Develop and implement change management plans to support regulatory reform initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to identify areas of risk, resistance, and opportunity.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and collaboration across business and technical teams.
  • Deliver change interventions including training, workshops, and business readiness activities.
  • Monitor and report on change progress, adoption levels, and business readiness, recommending adjustments as needed.
The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across business and technical teams.About You
  • Proven experience as an Energy Reform Program Support Specialist or similar role, ideally within regulatory or compliance-focused projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough impact assessments and develop practical interventions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Familiarity with the energy sector and regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
