General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead one of our flagship venues. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, and fostering a high-performing team culture.

About the Role:
  • Lead a high-volume venue with discipline, energy, and a guest-first mindset.
  • Proven experience in managing P&L, labour, and COGS control, forecasting, and driving profitability.
  • Demonstrated success in functions, events, large bookings, and major game-day operations.
  • A hands-on leadership style with high accountability, ownership, and the ability to set the tone from the floor.
