Wet Processing Specialist

This role is responsible for operating and maintaining the processing plant in a safe, productive and efficient manner.
The Process Operator will be required to monitor and control areas of the processing plant such as crushing circuit, HPGR (high pressure grinding), screening, heavy media separation, milling and gravity, flotation, filtration, reagents, and tailings treatment.
- Identify and communicate items of the plant that require preventative maintenance or repair.
- Providing recommendations on process improvements.
A permanent full-time role based at our operation which operates on an 8:6/7:7 FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO in the Pilbara region.
Key Responsibilities:- Operating equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Monitoring and controlling plant operations.
- Providing quality products to meet customer requirements.
- Ensuring safety is the number one priority.
- Solid experience in operating a wet processing plant, particularly in heavy medium separation, grinding, flotation or reagents and filter press.
- Competent in Control-room operation.
- Safe Isolations & permitting systems experience.
- Current WA Driver's licence is essential.
- Forklift, loader, confined space, working at heights or EWP (Elevated Work Platform) tickets are all highly regarded.
- You have a positive attitude and a can-do approach to your work.
