About Us

We are a leading diversified resources company with extensive operations in lithium, iron ore, energy and mining services across Western Australia.

Our Wodgina lithium operation is located 120km south of Port Hedland in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. We manage all mining operations at Wodgina, including a spodumene concentrate processing plant with an annual capacity of 900,000 tonnes.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking expressions of interest from Process Operators with wet plant experience to join our team at Wodgina Lithium Processing Plant.

  • This role involves rotating day and night shifts and offering Fly In, Fly Out from Perth WA and Brisbane QLD.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Safely operating all plant sections, including grinding, flotation, LIMS/WHIMS separation, thickening, filtration, control room, concentrate load-out and tailings disposal
  • Maintaining high housekeeping standards and conducting daily inspections to ensure safety and compliance
  • Completing any other tasks and activities within your competency as directed by the Site Leadership Team
  • Ensuring compliance with all Company and Site Rules and Regulations
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Demonstrated safety commitment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to carry out work instructions and directives to provide satisfactory outcomes
  • Ability to work within a team environment to achieve desired results
  • Flexible and versatile attitude
  • Experience operating forklifts, telehandlers, loaders and bobcats (desirable)
  • Experience in lithium, gold or copper processing operations

You must also possess:

  • Current Australian Driver's License (HR license desirable)
  • Construction Induction Card
  • Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Testing (desirable)
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
  • Ability to meet pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening requirements
